Back with another remastered version of an audio I first released over 3 years ago :owoWOW:

Now, even though I think panic attack and anxiety comfort are probably some of the most popular comfort content next to sleepaids, I really don't have much of it! In fact I'm pretty sure this is the only panic attack comfort audio in my whole master list 🤔

I've had requests to make longer ones but I think it's really difficult to do so without giving a specific reason, yknow? Like mentioning school or work or money or whatever stresser might that could have triggered the attack makes the audio less inclusive if that makes sense. So you'll have to forgive me for 50% of this audio just being deep breaths 😅
